Update 4/16/25
A heartfelt message from the Tunison family….
I wanted to take time to show our deepest gratitude for our friends and families that have carried us through the last month. For those who may not know that we lost our sweet Levi a little over a week ago. Levi suffered from epilepsy and had a massive seizure that unfortunately put him in a coma that his brain could not recover from. For only being 16, Levi experienced so much love and life. We are grateful for each of you that spent your time over the years as part of Levi's life.
We also want to express how much we appreciated everyone that has donated to our family. Your generosity and kindness is overwhelming.
For those that have sent messages, please know, I have read them all, it has just been hard to find adequate words to respond.
Over the next few weeks, we are preparing to re enter our "normal" lives and return to work. Please feel free to talk to us and we are "okay". Whatever that means. Thanks again, with all the love, Greg, Laura and Case
Update:
Dear Friends,
It is with profound sadness that we must share the news that Levi passed away. Our hearts are broken as we navigate this unimaginable loss. We will forever be grateful for how you have surrounded Greg, Laura and Case with love and support.
I am asking for financial support on behalf of our family friends, Greg, Laura, Levi and Case Tunison of Philomath.
It breaks my heart to share that Levi experienced a seizure that caused a severe medical event on Saturday 3/22. Sadly, Levi is in a coma, and in critical condition and is in an intensive care unit in Portland. We do not know the prognosis at this time, but are holding onto hope.
We are hoping to help relieve some of the financial burden of emergency transportation to the hospitals, medical bills, and missed work during this devastating time for our dear friends. Greg and Laura will be unable to work for an unforeseen amount of time. This is especially stressful being self employed and not knowing what the future holds.
At this time, the Tunison family is asking for space, but they do need our support. Friends, please contact me or Laura's sister Kim rather than Greg and Laura at this time. We hope you can show your support to one of the most loving and generous families we know, by SHARING this go fund me and DONATING if you are able.
