Help the Williams Who Lost Their Altadena Home

We are the Williams from Altadena, CA. My husband and I have lived here for over 30 years and fell in love with it from the very first moment we settled in. Our house was a fixer-upper that we spent years renovating. I had planned to retire in the next 2 years to help my daughter, who was born and raised here, raise her newborn. My 90 year-old mother and my brother and his family also live in Altadena. It is a very close-knit community.

This fire burned the house down to the ground, taking my 2 cats with it and drastically altering our lives. We are devastatingly heartbroken. The grief comes in waves, and our once comfortable life has been shattered. We are hoping to raise enough to begin the process of getting back on our feet and staying in this community that we cherish and love. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
