Support the Williams Farmers Market

The Williams Farmers Market for decades has been a hub for our community to support and celebrate local food and small business. We are proud to be part of this community which is so uniquely dedicated to neighborhood farms and entrepreneurs. The Williams Farmers Market is currently run by a small team of volunteers who are inspired to make the market the most vibrant possible experience for both vendors and customers, a true reflection of the highest ideals of our town. We view this market as a vital community resource for food and goods, as well as a reliable time to connect each week.

Even with our slim budget, this year comes with some exciting expansions. We will be increasing access to nutritious food through EBT and Double Up Food Bucks Programs, which bring thousands of dollars to our local farmers and food producers, and feed many people in our town. We will also be hosting live music, games, and other family activities and educational events.

Thus far we are funded through small grants and our current budget falls short of allowing the market to fully flourish.

We humbly ask for your donation to help us achieve the following objectives:

1. Increase food access through programs such as Double Up Food Bucks and EBT

2. Funds for the new First Monday Events, on the first Monday market of each month, with live music, hot food, and fun for all

3. Support local artists and musicians at our First Monday events

4. Creating a small stipend to support a market team, parking help, etc.

5. Ensuring the market sustains itself for the season and many years to come
