Support The Yard at Reigate Station

The Yard is a grassroots community venue, currently in its third year of supporting local visual and performing arts and community events.
It is used and supported by many sectors of the local community, and offers events including semi-acoustic gigs, talent showcases for music and drama, display space for art exhibitions, a repair cafe and a book club, among others.
Its creation and initial running costs were funded by sponsorship from local companies, but it had just reached the point of covering its running costs, by income generated from events.
With the advent of Covid-19 (Corona Virus) events will have to be cancelled in the short term, for at least a few months, and so we need the support of our friends, neighbours and customers (Yardies) to help us to stay afloat. Plans are afoot for our regular performers to take part in virtual gigs to help us achieve these donations, but any amount you can spare will be appreciated in the mean time.
£2800 is the cost of the rent only for 4 months. If we can raise that amount I think we can make it through.
