Support Theo's Journey for a Healthy Heart

We have 2 kids; Kora (3) and Theo (2 months) Papelbon. As of October 31st, our son Theo was admitted to Nebraska Children’s Hospital due to Congenital Heart Disease. During Theo's 2-month check-up, his pediatrician noticed a slight heart murmur that led to a radiology appointment. There, we found out from a cardiologist that he has 2 heart defects. Due to the severity of these conditions, it has become prevalent he needs open-heart surgery. Doctors have said it is a miracle he has survived this long with this going on in his heart. They do believe with his current state of health, it was hopefully caught soon enough to be repaired and allow him to live a long, healthy life. We ask that anyone and everyone who comes across this to keep our family and son in your thoughts and prayers. No one should ever have to go through something like this with their kid, but any support means the world to us. My love and I understand the financial toll it can take on a family trying to stay afloat during a time like this. Any type of contribution is greatly appreciated!
