Support Theresa's Fight Against Injustice

I am Theresa M Laws and my life has been turned upside down due to what I allege is nothing less than harassment by Lansdale PA Police that dates back to 2011!

I was falsely charged 4 times by Lansdale PA Police, including one false arrest, without probable cause and without any investigation of my side. The accusations of a convicted criminal who did jail time for a violent assault and drug related charges was apparently so compelling that they saw no reason to get my side despite the fact that I am a college degreed CPA with no criminal history!

-CONVICTED CRIMINAL ALERT!

-A convicted, violent drug offender lurks and stalks on Shaw Ave. He did jail time and is fresh off of probation. He is harassing me filing false claims against my auto insurance policy (that got dropped) and false police reports. This is an individual that killed and ate his pet rabbits that he claimed to love! This is an extremely violent person who beat his girlfriend unmercifully multiple times and remains in a home bought with drug sale proceeds because his sheisty immoral parents bought it from him for a $1 after his arrest to hide it from the state.

- Warning! Do not go into any house in Lansdale without completing a free criminal background check on the occupants! Do not hire anyone to work inside outside your home without running their name through this site! Tell all your friends and family about this!

(I then proceeded to show how to run anyone’s name through a background check off of the site that I provided. Inexplicably, Sgt North found this to be harassment and didn’t think it was necessary to tell me I was arrested, so I found out later after the information was already available to the public on the internet. Essentially, the public was made aware of my arrest before me!)

• My neighbor Scott Gribling didn’t like it so he called police.

• Sgt. Amanda North immediately mailed me a letter notifying me that I was arrested for harassment and to report for my mugshot and booking.

• Charges were dropped due to my Constitutional right to Freedom of Speech

Please help me get back on my feet and recover from the financial losses that I suffered due to having to flee my home to escape ongoing false charges from the Lansdale PA Police Department. I had to leave immediately as I was trying to recover from breast cancer, chemotherapy and a mastectomy, yet the false accusations continued and impeded my recovery! My financial outlook is dire.

I am struggling at a time when I should be looking forward to retiring, but I will not be able to retire if I do not win my federal civil rights lawsuit that the Lansdale PA Police are fighting. I am financially devastated from having to flee my home immediately to escape the ongoing false allegations and disturbance to my peace that was impeding my recovery!

The good news is now that I moved, I was able to get my final breast reconstruction surgery in April free from the risk of another false charge lacking probable cause from Lansdale PA Police! I am on the way to my final mending physically.
