In Urgent Need of Housing and Living Expenses

Hey Friends,

It's been a very challenging year, and I have found myself in a bit of a pickle.

Due to health issues, my landlord (of 9 years) is selling my house and my son and I have until the end of September to move out.

The good news is that he will give me a glowing recommendation, and I'm not restricted to just the Waltham, MA area...as long as there's access to public transportation, my son and I can go just about anywhere in Massachusetts. However, I have a dog, and need a place with in-unit washer/dryer connections, as I cannot share laundry facilities with others due to severe allergies to fragrance.

The bad news is that I am currently unemployed. Thought my Etsy business would be a fine side hustle, but I've only had 7 sales in 7 months. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So in addition to needing a place to live, I also need a job. Preferably something remote (due to the above-referenced allergies.)

And I'm literally about to run out of money in 3 weeks...so time is of the essence.

I hate asking for help, but right now I need all the help I can get!
