My name is Victoria (Kiener) Billingham. On the morning of November 30th, 2024 my father Thomas J Kiener was involved in a motorcycle accident. He was struck by a vehicle who made a left in front of him while my father had the right away. He has an extremely long road to recovery and will probably not be able to work again.
