My name is Thom Hannah, grieving husband, widower, married to Cassandra Lynn Hannah, the most beautiful wife and woman who ever lived.

Before I go further, I just want to thank everyone on Facebook, family and friends, who have helped us through the last 14 impossible months. I could not have made it this far without your daily love and support. You all know what a battle this has been. I fought so hard, for so long. I never gave up hope. But now it's finally over. I've lost her, but not really. We believe in the heavenly realm, our Heavenly Father, and Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will be together in spirit now and for all eternity. We will smile at each other again, in the Kingdom of Heaven.

We shared such depth of love, and a great life as husband and wife for over 12 years. And we were best friends for almost 30 years. Even in the midst of what was often horrific circumstances this past year, we found peace and joy together in-between emergencies and about 20 trips to ICU. I comforted her, consoled her, loved her, made her laugh, we kissed, we shared, we watched TV and listened to our demo songs. All the while, I shared daily posts on Facebook out of love for my wife, trying my best to love others, get support, and make it through this difficult period of our life.

As many of you know as well, I spent the past 14 months bedside, seven days a week about 10 hours a day caring for my dear wife. I am forever grateful for all the loving nurses, techs, and doctors who cared for my wife. But sadly, hospital care and long-term care is far far from adequate. I spared my wife from untold suffering, the best I could. And I saved her life about 20 times. I held things together financially for about six months. But I now face a mountain of insurmountable debt on my own.

In the immediate, I need financial help to lay her to rest. In the long run, I feel crushed to imagine waking up every day without Cassandra, facing one bill after another that I cannot possibly pay without a miracle of support.

I need time to heal, time to pull things together, and recuperate my own health, physically and mentally. I cannot let go of Cassandra's and my shared dreams. We spent ten years writing songs together and making demos. When we finally arrived at a point to produce real professional versions, she got gravely ill. Her heart and spirit and mind are crystallized in our music, about 100 songs strong. But without your help, none of it will ever be heard. I promised her that no matter what happened, I would finish every single one.

Our story also needs to be heard, it needs to be told. I am a writer/author. Ours is a story of eternal love and never-ending devotion and commitment. But I have also seen inside the honeycomb of our healthcare system. God help us! God...help us!

Thank you for your love and generosity, in helping me raise money to go on, without her. She is with me in spirit. Despite her passing, I know she is my guardian angel. And I can fulfill our God given mission and purposes on this earth, before my days have also passed, and I join her in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Follow Cassilynn Hannah on Facebook. That profile contains the entire backlog of our story, day by day for the past 14 months. I'm going to keep that profile going, and bring everybody along for the journey ahead. You can also follow us on Mottombo Music, Facebook profile. I am going to get that profile going, consistently now. Please send a friend request to either or both profiles. It's going to be a great journey, together.

Here's a short sound loop link, part of a song called Come As You Are that we recorded in 2015. The full story about this loop is posted on the Cassilynn Hannah Facebook page today, Feb 25, 2025. For the past six weeks of her life, Cass wanted it played endlessly 24/7 on her bedside MP3 player. It's heavenly. It made her feel like she was back home with me, and in Heaven, it gave her peace and hope. Check it out. The Archangel Gabriel, blowing his trumpet.

Thank you again for your love and support. We love you too!
