Support Three Six General's Temporary Production Shutdown

To our friends, family, loyal customers, farmers market community and local food lovers -

As many of you have heard, we are undergoing a temporary shutdown because we currently do not have a place to store wastewater. This is yet another other development in a multi-year saga we've endured on the property. The good news is that we did finally get permitted to use the incinerator our landlords installed in lieu of city sewer. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered some issues, and we do not know how long it will last. As of now, we can sell prepackaged goods but cannot continue production.

Despite the many scares and unforeseen expenditures we've endured over the years, we have avoided a GoFundMe at all costs. We've worked so hard to manage a business that can sustain the ups and downs and all arounds, but this time, we need a little help. We have thousands of dollars worth of meat at risk of spoiling, in addition to an entire team of people that we need to continue to employ, and we just can't afford to do so without continuing production.

In all honesty, we also have a failing deli case that we need to move out of the store (this involves removing windows and purchasing a new deli case that will cost 3k+) in addition to a freezer that is going to cost 4k to repair, amongst other plumbing and HVAC repairs that have been put on the back burner. All of this pressure on our small, low-margin business is putting it at risk.

We are here because we care about having local, all-natural food available to our community - not because it makes us a lot of money. Please help us overcome these hurdles, so we can continue to support local vendors, ranchers, farmers, our staff and our customers.

Reminder that we are still open to sell prepackaged goods such as:

beer, wine, cider, frozen meats, the remaining famous smoked chicken salad, pimento cheese, mother culture yogurt (the best), local produce, and natural groceries

If you can't contribute, please consider swinging by the shop instead of HEB to grab a few of these things.
