Hello Beautiful People,

My name is Tiffany Hicks, I am a first-year medical student in Hattiesburg, MS.

I am very excited to be continuing my journey to becoming the first physician in my family.

The road to becoming a physician is and can be extremely expensive for some individuals. This financial obligation tends to scare off many aspiring physicians. This should let you know the cost is expensive. With the average cost around $270,000.

Unfortunately, denied funding are running the risk of hindering me from continuing my dream. This is extremely heartbreaking because I did not see this coming. It has placed a tremendous amount of stress on me as I try to find additional funding.
