Support Tiger's Emergency Surgery

Hello my name is Jaynar de la Cruz and Im asking, from the bottom of my heart, if you can donate anything you can to help me with the expense of my cat's emergency surgery. His name is Tiger and he is a loving and calm 1 year old cat who got its tail degloved. We are not sure how it could have happened but because of its precise and almost perfect circle cut around its tail, we believe it was human-made. (I already reported the incident to my county's animal humane society/SPCA).

I took him to our nearest vet emergency hospital but due to financial hardships, i couldn't afford proceeding with his surgery. I have been doing my research and trying to find other vets around Redwood City, but they all are estimating the surgery to be around $2k-$6k. Additionally, the doctor's have said that because he doesn't have enough skin to close the wound, I would have to take him to the vet daily to change his bandages and get treatment; which are another $200-$500 dollar additional to the surgery.
