Support Tim Bruun's Journey to Recovery

Calling on all my Hernando county friends. Tim Bruun has been going through an incredibly tough time. While I haven’t spoken to him in years, he needs a lot of support right now.

He made a disturbing post and Cody Yager did a tremendous amount of work to track him down and all is well. He has checked himself into a rehab facility earlier today and sounds truly motivated to turn things around. He needs a lot of basic essentials that will not be provided i.e. toothpaste, razors, soap, shampoo, etc.. A small group has come together to consider a few additional options.

For those of us that spent time with him in school, have pictures, or just want to send works of encouragement…that’s also what he needs if you cannot send a care package right now. I’d highly recommend sending this as a handwritten note as this can be a powerful motivational tool.

A small group of supporters are also considering a GoFundMe type of fundraiser that will be trustee directed to help him continue down a path of recovery.

I understand these are trying times for most and asking for monetary contributions is difficult. However, encouragement to better one’s self in any way, shape, or form is invaluable and would be greatly appreciated.
