Help Tina and Her Children After this Sudden Tragedy

Nick was an phenomenal father. He was a loving, sensitive partner to his wife. His entire world revolved around their comfort and protection.

He was adventurous, creative, and funny. He always loved the idea of living off the land and one day creating a comfortable home on a wide open space.

Nick carved out a career as a chef in a local restaurant in Colorado Springs. His job was the perfect vehicle to express his creativity and thoughtful intent through food. Nick's passion for life was great, but it was obvious to all who knew him that his passion for his children and Tina was greater.

On November 12th, 2022, Nick and Tina decided to tie the knot, and I was lucky enough to be able to ordain the union of these two beautiful souls. My name is Courtney, and Tina is a very best friend of mine. Never was there a time when I've been in need that Nick and Tina didn't offer me comfort or safety. From an ear to hear or a shoulder to cry on, even their very home as a safe haven, these two amazing human beings have been a lifeline for me when my world was falling apart. It is with a heavy heart that I ask for help on their behalf.

In the early morning hours of November 1st, 2024, Tina was met with a knock at her door at their home in Fountain, Colorado. Nick had been due home after a long evening working at the restaurant, but he was running late. The knock came from an officer and the local coroner. Her two children, ages 4 and 7, were still asleep when the officer informed Tina that her husband had been in a fatal car accident.

This sudden and unexpected event has impacted his family, not only emotionally but financially as he was the breadwinner.
