Support Tina's Recovery From ATM Shooting
Donation protected
Dear friends and fellow 12s,
Our dear friend Tina needs our help and we are looking to the community to support her through what will be a very long and difficult recovery.
On Friday, April 5, Tina stopped at a BECU ATM in Covington. Unimaginably, she was robbed by two armed men who opened fire and shot her three times; once in the abdomen and twice in the leg. Her 10-year-old granddaughter (who she adopted and has raised since birth) was witness to this horrific act from the car. Thankfully, she was not physically harmed.
Tina was rushed to Harborview, where she had emergency surgery to repair her fractured femur, and continues to receive the care she needs to begin healing.
This very unexpected and extraordinarily traumatic incident will have a lasting impact on Tina - physically, emotionally, and financially. Please join us in donating any amount you can to provide the financial support they need to pay for medical bills, make up for lost wages while Tina is unable to work, assist with home modifications, and the other professional support they will need in the coming days/weeks/months.
Tina shares her gratitude for everyone who has reached out with calls and messages. As you can imagine, it is a very overwhelming time, and we ask that you please check back here for updates rather than contacting her directly. We will be sure to provide additional information as we have it.
Dellino Family Law Group is matching donations, so please continue to share this link!
