Support Todd Svoboda's Journey to Recovery

My name is Malcolm Jennings and I am trying to help the Svoboda family and in particular, Todd Svoboda.
An update of Todd yesterday evening with Coach Rick Pitino at BIG BLUE MADNESS in Rupp arena. He is doing so well and so much appreciates you all. Todd's prosthetic leg is in the making and fitting stage, the bathroom in the Svoboda home is now fully functional for Todd and the ramps to get in the home are next.
If you can remember, Todd played for Rick Pitino and was on the 1993 UK Final Four team. In 2014, he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, an aggressive form of bone cancer, and has been battling this since then. On Thursday, July 11th, regretfully, Todd's right leg was amputated above the knee. As one can imagine, it's a devastating situation, especially for Todd but also for his lovely family.
I had a conversation with Todd's wife, Franci, after the surgery and we talked about getting the "best" Prosthetic leg available as opposed to what the insurance company would pay for. Franci's words: Because Todd is so active and athletic, I don't want him to have just the prosthetic leg that is like a Chevette that the Insurance company will want him to have, but my desire is for him to have the Corvette so he can continue an active, and athletic lifestyle.
There are other costs involved. Their home has to be retrofitted so Todd can comfortably get around, bathroom, ramps, handrails, it goes on and on.
If you can donate, I know that the Svoboda's will be eternally grateful. Also, please share with friends, family, and colleagues so that we can all spread the word.
Todd deserves all the help we can give.
