Cycle to work day 2024

Cycling is a big part of Tom's home life. It is an activity that helps him improve both his physical fitness, and mental health. It provides a focus, an achievable goal/target, an outlet to blow off steam and clear the mind, and so much more.

It is for this reason that Tom is taking on the cycle to work challenge on this years Cycle to work day, Thursday 1st August 2024.

He will be cycling roughly 100km+ from Blackpool to Darwen and back home again after a full days work to promote this scheme whilst raising money in aid of THE EAST LANCASHIRE HOSPICE.
