Support Tom's Final Wishes at Home

Hello, my name is Nikki and my step dad Tom has been through the unimaginable the last 5 years! Started out being a leg amputee, followed behind heart attacks and severe strokes! He is now being sent home today 4/24/2025 on Hospice as his final wishes were to pass at home with my mom by his side! Trying to raise money to help my mom with easy meals for herself and stay caught up on bills, so she doesn’t have to leave Toms side at all, nor stress about getting behind!
