Team Tracy (Hemmersbach) Kast's Cancer Benefit

Hi, I'm April, Tracy's sister. I had originally created this GoFundMe for both Tracy and her son Dalton, because at the time they were both going through a bunch of health issues. Thankfully Dalton had his surgery and has been recovering and feeling well, so I decided to change this to just a support page for Tracy's Breast Cancer journey.

Tracy was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer on October 18th, 2022. She began her chemo treatments on December 9, 2022, and had her final 8th treatment on March 16, 2023. She had a pet scan and MRI on March 31, 2023, and the results confirmed that the cancer had not spread anywhere else! Such great news! She just had her double mastectomy on May 2, 2023. They sent out biopsies and the original tumor for further testing, and it was confirmed that they contained no more cancer! She will be starting radiation once she is all healed from the surgery. She still has a long fight to go, but she has got this! The money donations will help her with her everyday living expenses and medical bills, as she will be unable to go back to work for some time while she heals. Tracy was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer, and her 17 year old son Dalton, who is a senior in high school, is in the ICU with his own battle fighting Crohn's disease, which Tracy has also suffered from for years. It is going to be a long road for the both of them. Tracy is a single mother experiencing significant financial hardship at this time and could use any amount of kindness you can give. Tracy is currently employed but has been having difficulty keeping up with all the medical bills and the cost of daily living expenses. Thank you for any help you can give.
