On Saturday night, May 2nd, my brother Trent  was involved in a serious motorcycle accident after hitting a deer. He is currently in the hospital recovering from multiple fractures to his hip and pelvis, as well as a broken leg. Trent owns and operates his own welding business, and due to his injuries and recovery time, he will be unable to work for the next couple of months. As many know, being self-employed means time away from work also means loss of income while medical and everyday expenses continue to add up.

We are raising funds to help cover medical bills, recovery expenses, and day-to-day costs while Trent focuses on healing and getting back on his feet. Any support is greatly appreciated, whether through donations or by sharing this fundraiser. We have also set up “Trent Yates Fundraiser” account at First Citizens Bank in Hartwell for those who would prefer to donate that way.
