Support Trent's Family in Their Fight for Justice

My husband Trent Hosmer was a very talented and funny man...For the last two years he has been fighting esophagus cancer...He got chemotherapy was doing fine...He thought it was cured ..3 and a half months he went without chemotherapy and the cancer returned....Me and my son Clayton was supporting him every step of the way...Were new to Las Vegas and did not understand there medical here as far as what the insurance had to offer...He had Nevada State insurance which was the low quality insurance....He was in and out the hospitals here... Sunrise and mt.view hospital which they claim there four stars...Wrong....He first went to Sunrise for 3 and a half weeks ...We only went there to see a G.I doctor, while he was in there he missed 3 chemo appointments....They kept him there racking up the bills...He had a stent put down him to be able to eat that didn't work...They also gave him morphine and dalottid around the clock for 3 and a half weeks...He stopped eating stopped sleeping boom then they offered him hospice not knowing they could of gave him treatment there...Trent goes to hospice at 9 pm his last day at Sunrise...God gave me a dream to go get him...I go to Infinity hospices begged to leave...He was all drugged up...This is at 7 am....gave him pancakes and sausage knowing he was on a liquid diet...He was balled up in a diaper I got a wheelchair and took him out of there and drove him to his chemo appointment....He would of got his treatment that day but was too drugged up...Dr.Gene told him to get stronger and come back...We left he said my stomach is hurting because I can't eat ...Mind you all the opioids he was taking was not allowing him to eat or sleep...We go to Mt.view threw emergency because the oxycodone slowed his heart rate down...My.view gets him together in the emergency room puts him in a regular room...He ended up in ICU twice because of there care in 3 and a half weeks of being there... They overdosed him CO2 was 150 and normal is 30...Then they let his Oxygen get to 60 before calling a rapid team he went into cardiac arrest....They get him back somewhat and said hey we have to transfer him to long acute care...Bad insurance only 2 choices...I choose Pam's Specialty Hospital on Tenaya in Las Vegas... Transfer him with no traeck for oxygen and no sedation for pain...After transfer to this facility...Organs shut down filled with fluid and died 10 days later because of no care...His last Day I took pictures and videos and called the ambulance and had him transferred to Centennial Hospital and he died there at 6 pm...They couldn't believe what they saw...I just didn't want my husband to die in the place that killed him....I was there day and night with him ..I complained to this facility they did nothing...Now i reported all the nurses and doctors to the Medical Board and Quality Control Board there reviewing this place and hopefully it shuts down...Now he's waiting on me to have money to bury him....His bill from Mt.view was 970,000 almost one million and he died... Whatever I can get would help me I appreciate anything...I'm selling things...His family from Cincinnati gave Nothing.. Terrible..Thanks for reading my story I had a lot on my chest... Trying to see if I can get a News story...This devastating news goes to our One son and 3 grandkids...I met a sweet lady beautiful young lady who told me to tell my story and I want to thank her...Love you girlfriend this was very Therapeutic... Trent will be missed He was the Best Loved everyone...They took my husbands life in my face So hard to deal...Even the police here said there's nothing they can do... Terrible....
