Support Tristan & Amy After Devastating Fire Loss

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with a heavy, but hope-filled heart, that I ask you to please help Tristan & Amy Aitchison after losing everything in the Palisades fire this week. Their home, passed down from Amy's grandmother, was burned to the ground in the devastating fires affecting the Palisades area. This left them and their two young children (6 & 4) without a place to call home and only minimal supplies and clothing that they were able to pack quickly before having to leave everything behind in an emergency evacuation.

For those of you who may not know Tristan and Amy, they are two incredibly talented chefs who have poured their love and life's work into Providence Restaurant for the last two decades. If you've ever eaten at Providence, you've undoubtedly experienced the magic they bring to the kitchen and have seen firsthand what they are capable of. They are unbelievably hardworking, caring, and dedicated, not just to the restaurant or their work, but to each and every member of their team year after year. They are a tremendous force and have played a huge role in mentoring so many talented cooks, nurturing and guiding them to help them reach their highest potential.

If you work BOH in the restaurant industry or know anything about it, you know how hard it can be to make a living (especially with costs in Los Angeles going through the roof), let alone having to start over from ground zero with absolutely nothing. Today, I ask that you assist them by giving back to a couple and family that has given so much to our community. Today, they are the ones in need of our help. Please help in putting this family back on their feet by giving them the fresh start they desperately need after this devastating loss. Any money raised will go directly to the Aitchisons as they navigate a path forward. Any donation helps, no matter how small.
