Support Tristan's cross-country journey to be with her wife

My name is Tristan, and I'm a trans woman immigrating to Canada to be with my wife. Married late last year, I've been living in the United States while going through the Canadian immigration process in the hopes of escaping this country and finally being together with my wife. The immigration process is coming to an end, but I currently don't have the funds necessary to do a cross country move and rent out an apartment. My current US-based apartment's lease is ending July 31, so I need the funds to be able to quickly relocate with my things into Canada. Additionally, my wife, also a trans woman, is disabled and unable to work, so I'm having to support her and myself as well as facilitate this move, which has been extremely difficult. I love and adore my wife, and the US is not a safe place for a trans person to live.
