Tristan, also known as TJ, was a beloved son, nephew, cousin and grandson, friend who tragically passed away at the young age of 15. He was a light to many, loved by many and his unique smile certainly warmed the heart of many that had even a brief encounter with him. Tristan enjoyed playing video games, following trends on TikTok, spending time with his friends as most teenagers often do and he absolutely loved playing basketball. Dr Martin Luther King Jr once said, “We can either live together as brothers and sisters, or perish together as fools.", we who are left behind must now embrace as brothers and sisters in this time of need to honor the life and the memory of Tristan with a celebration of life funeral service. In his short life many can attest that he impacted the lives of many in his own tutelage. His life has taught us to always smile bright and love hard. A lasting imprint left on many who are struggling to find answers.

There is no easy way to ask for support to bury a child. Our hearts are broken by this sudden loss. Tristans untimely death is both shocking and painstaking to the family, friends and his entire community. The most unthinkable has transpired and a mother now has to lay her son to rest. There is no preparing a mother or family to such a senseless loss of life.
