Support Truck Driver Walter’s Family in Their Time of Need
Donation protected
Walter Amaya’s dream as a boy was to become a truck driver like his father, whom he greatly admired. He was a respectful son and brother, often helping his father around the yard and supporting his family in any way he could, even into his teens. At 18, Walter earned his CDL, becoming a key support for his family. Throughout his life, Walter made his family his top priority. His passion for driving grew over time, leading him to attend Universal Technical Institute, where he earned a certificate as a Diesel/Industrial Technician. Our family took immense pride in Walter, recognizing his strength, unwavering dedication to family, drive, and deep faith in the Lord. Motivated by his passion, he co-founded Mesquita Transportation with his father. Through relentless hard work, Walter achieved great success in his driving career. Unfortunately, in September 2024, he suffered a brain aneurysm while waiting in his truck to be loaded. He was airlifted to the hospital, where he has spent the past weeks in critical condition. While the doctors have done all they can, our faith in the Lord remains strong. We all love and miss Walter dearly, but we take comfort in knowing he is resting in the arms of God, as he was truly a servant of God and a beacon of His love in the lives of so many. We kindly ask for any contributions to assist with medical expenses, household bills, support for his family, and funeral and memorial arrangements.
