Support Tryston's Road to Recovery

Hi everyone!

Yesterday, July 13th, our friend and brother, Tryston, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. We are blessed to say that Tryston is awake and alert but will have an extensive road to recovery. He has multiple fractures throughout his body, the most serious being to his face. He has an amazing team at Loyola University working tirelessly to keep him comfortable for the time being.

With that being said, Tryston requires facial reconstruction to repair fractures to his cheekbones and sinus cavity. Tryston is one of the most hardworking individuals I have ever met, and even laying in the ER, expressed his concerns multiple times about missing work. While we can't snap our fingers and get him back on his feet, I would like to reduce as much financial strain on him and his family during this time to support them through this. I wish we lived in a world where best wishes and kind regards were enough to get us through, but adulting is hard and anything helps at this point. I will post regular updates on his care as it becomes available.

As for now, Tryston, by the pure grace of God, is alive, speaking with us, breathing on his own, and moving all of his limbs. I can’t begin to imagine the pain he is currently in along with his road to recovery. We are beyond grateful for everyone who has wanted to be involved and checked on him.
