Support UCC Athletics After Tragic Loss

Hello, my name is Madison Logan, and I am a player of the Clark College softball team, a member of the Northwest Athletic Conference. On Friday, April 18, while traveling back from a game in Coos Bay, a tragic accident occurred involving members of the Umpqua Community College (UCC) softball program. We are heartbroken to share that the accident took the lives of one of UCC’s student-athletes and one of their beloved coaches. As shared by @umpquaathletics: “UCC’s hearts are breaking with this news, and we ask the community to keep their families and all of those affected in their thoughts and prayers.” This loss has shaken the entire softball and athletics community. During this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to support those affected.
