Support Ultimo Rittenhouse Workers!

Hello friends!

After being closed for 5 days in October, Ultimo Rittenhouse is closed indefinitely until necessary repairs can be made to prevent the main drain of the building from backing up.

Since February, we have been experiencing issues with the main drain from the building that has resulted in wastewater leaking into the basement, sometimes accompanied by raw sewage leaking onto the sidewalk and street. On November 17th, the water backed up into the cafe, resulting in immediate and indefinite closure.

Until the landlord is able to resolve this issue, the 7 people who work at Ultimo Rittenhouse are unable to work and are losing out on wages that we rely on to live.
