ABOUT THE FUND
The Los Angeles wildfires have caused unprecedented devastation. Over 37,000 acres have been scorched, thousands of families have lost their homes, and entire communities are grappling with the aftermath of destruction. Tragically, lives have been lost, and many remain missing. This crisis demands urgent action.
As members of the UNICEF chapter at Arnold O. Beckman high school in Tustin, CA, we are determined to make a meaningful impact. The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), a global humanitarian organization, has a long-standing mission of helping vulnerable communities, especially children and families, during emergencies like these. Our organization provides essential aid, including shelter, clean water, hygiene supplies, and emotional support, ensuring that the most affected receive immediate and long-term assistance.
