Support Unity: Fund a Billboard on the ARB

After the election, we’re ready to bring a message of love and acceptance to our town. MAGA signs, flags and banners have dominated for years (and will likely stay up forever—cults don’t quit). It’s time to fill our town with reminders that we don’t support hate or exclusion.

We’re raising $900 to rent a billboard on Allegheny River Blvd (across from GetGo) with a message of unity, supporting our LGBTQ community and especially vulnerable kids. This billboard has been used by the other side lately with unsettling messages, and it’s time for a change.

We’re asking for $30 from 30 folks—or whatever you can give. The funds will go toward renting the top-tier billboard option from Steel City Billboard, and the message will run for 30 days. A local artist is creating an image that represents our sentiments. We will preview the image on this page when it is finished.

Feel free to share privately- no social media yet. If we all share to 3 people, we can get there sooner rather than later.

UPDATE: Y'all are amazing. It's not even 10am. Let's do another billboard(s). We know Steel City is not an ideal partner so we are working on securing the Hulton Bridge location and others in our area. Feels good to do something- more updates to come. THANK YOU!
