On Thursday, my son made a decision that will forever change everyone that loves him. On the way to visit family, he jumped from a moving vehicle on the highway. While his girlfriend was attempting to pull over, she was unable to do so before he decided to jump. He has a severe brain injury, and we just don't know what's next. He was Flight for Lifed from Fort Morgan to Lakewood the night he was injured.

I started a GoFundMe to prepare for whatever it is that will be next. If I need to spend an extended amount of time at the hospital, I'll not be able to go to work. Once my vacation time is exhausted, I'll be in the position of returning to work being my only option. I don't want that. I want to be here every single minute of every single day.
