Help Us Support Our Valpak and Clipp Family Affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton

Many of our employees have faced unimaginable challenges in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Many have lost their homes, suffered extensive property damage, and are grappling with the emotional toll of these disasters. We want to help them rebuild and recover, but we can’t do it alone. We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to provide much-needed financial assistance to those affected.

Where Your Donations Go

Funds raised will go directly to employees who are facing immediate financial hardships due to the hurricanes. This support will help them cover essential expenses such as temporary housing, transportation, and everyday living costs as they work to recover. The Human Resources team, along with Management, will make the determination on how to allocate as needed.

Melinda Cappa, Valpak Clipp Controller, in collaboration with Valpak Clipp executive leadership, is organizing this fundraiser and will be withdrawing the funds from the GoFundMe account to deposit into the Valpak Clipp corporate bank account.

Management of the funds is handled by a cross-functional committee of company leaders to assess those employees impacted by hurricanes Helene and Milton. Cash disbursements will be made to those affected based on loss experienced (loss of a car all the way up to total loss of home and belongings). Each individual’s situation will be reviewed by the cross-functional committee with funds allocated for immediate disbursement.
