Support Vanessa's Fight Against Stage III Breast Cancer TNBC

My name is Vanessa, and I am 44 year old mom. Recently, I noticed some concerning symptoms, and after a series of tests including several biopsies, scans, several MRIs, EKG, genetics testing, and a PET scan, I was shockingly diagnosed with Stage III Triple Negative Breast Cancer or TNBC (the most aggressive type), which means it has also spread into the lymph nodes. My treatment plan is intensive, including 16+ chemotherapy/chemo infusions, immunotherapy, radiation, and breast surgery including the removal of lymph nodes. The road ahead will be challenging and tough. This process will take 12-14 months.

Before starting treatment, I had to consider my options and began the rigorous process on July 24, 2024. I am incredibly grateful for the encouraging support I'm receiving from my family, friends, and co-workers. I’m truly grateful that I have been granted flexibility at work as well.

Unfortunately, my insurance isn't covering much of the treatment costs. All donations will go directly towards my medical expenses. My family and I are deeply grateful for your support during this difficult time as we navigate the chemotherapy process.
