Help support my dad’s medical, funeral, and memorial expenses.

With a heavy heart, I lost my dad, Rid Velasco, on August 25, 2024. I am the only daughter and truly dad’s little girl. My dad was a loving and exceptional father, a caring husband, a kindhearted person, an amazing mentor/friend, and most of all, a follower of Christ. My dad was a very generous person who believed in helping people. When he was alive, he would go to faraway mountains, coastal areas, and anywhere to give food, clothing, anything he could share with people in need and help spread the word of God. He was truly a faithful follower of God.

Months before he died, he was given the chance to spend time with his family in Canada and the US after 10 years of not seeing all of his children and grandchildren together. It was a bittersweet family reunion. He came back to the Philippines, was hospitalized, and unfortunately passed away.

To help the Velasco family, we kindly ask you to help relieve the financial stress that comes with an unexpected loss so our family can focus on grieving and remembering my dad for the wonderful man he was. All contributions will go towards medical, funeral, cemetery, and related costs.
