Die Veloismus e.G. ist eine genoss*innenschaftlich geführte und selbstverwaltete Fahrradwerkstatt im Leipziger Osten. Wir sind ein bestens ausgestatteter, fachkundiger Betrieb und arbeiten mit viel Erfahrung an euren Bikes. Mit unserer Arbeit wollen wir dazu beitragen, gute Mobilität für alle im Viertel zu ermöglichen.

Das bedeutet, dass wir uns in der Beratung der Kund*innen viel Zeit nehmen und gemeinsam entscheiden, welche Reparaturen sich lohnen. Wir haben laufend Ersatz- und Kleinteile da, um auch ältere Fahrräder fachgerecht zu reparieren.

Uns ist dabei wichtig, möglichst für alle bezahlbar zu bleiben. In Einzelfällen bieten wir deshalb kleinere Reparaturen (wie Schlauchwechsel oder Bremseneinstellungen) günstiger an, wenn Personen zwingend auf ihre funktionierenden Räder angewiesen sind und den vollen Reparaturpreis nicht stemmen können.

Wir haben den Laden als Schrauber*innen gemeinschaftlich in dritter Generation übernommen. Dabei haben wir festgestellt, dass finanziell einige Löcher zu stopfen sind. Wir haben bereits dafür notwendig gewordene Preiserhöhungen durchgeführt. Jetzt brauchen wir zusätzlich eure finanzielle Unterstützung, um aus dem Gröbsten rauszukommen.

o Mit 10.000€ können wir alle Löhne und Sozialversicherungsbeiträge wieder zahlen

o Mit 15.000€ können wir wieder Teile kaufen und den Arbeitsfluss deutlich erleichtern

o Ab 20.000€ schaffen wir es gut in die nächste Saison

o Mit 25.000 € können wir bereits alle weiteren Rechnungen in unserem Steuerbüro begleichen und müssen dann deutlich weniger Bürokratie selbst machen

o Bei 40.000€ können wir unser Verkaufssortiment wieder deutlich ausbauen. Das hilft uns dabei, unsere Umsätze zu steigern

In der Veloismus e.G. mangelt es uns nicht an Aufträgen, wir haben täglich haufenweise Reparaturanfragen. Wenn wir das Schuldenloch überwunden haben, werden wir wieder deutliche Einnahmen machen und nach dem Kostendeckungsprinzip arbeiten können.

Veloismus e.G. is a cooperatively run and self-managed bicycle workshop in East Leipzig. We are a well-equipped workshop and our experienced team bring their expertise to your bike reparations. Our goal is to make good mobility possible for everyone in the neighborhood.

This means we take time to advise our customers in depth and decide together which repairs are worthwhile. We always have spare and small parts on hand to repair older and more specialized bikes professionally. It is important to us to remain affordable for everyone. In individual cases, we therefore offer smaller repairs (such as tube changes or brake adjustments) at a lower price if people are absolutely dependent on

their working bikes and cannot afford the full repair price. Our current team are the third generation of mechanics to take over the store together.

In the process, we realized that there is a financial deficit to recover from. We have already implemented necessary price increases. Now we need your additional financial support to get us out of the woods.

o With 7000€ we can unlock our accounts

o With €10,000 we can pay all wages and social security taxes again o With €15,000, we can buy parts again and make the repairs more speedily

o From €20,000 we can make it well into the next seasono With € 25,000, we can pay the bills in our tax office and then reduce bureaucracy

o With € 40,000, we can significantly expand our sales range again and offer different items in our shop.

At Veloismus e.G., we have no shortage of orders at all, we have many repair requests every day. Once we have overcome the debt-hole, we will

be able to generate significant income again and work according to the cost recovery principle.
