Support Vicki: Chicago Music Scene Hero

Enough people have told me they can't come to the fundraiser on Sunday 1/26 at the Hideout but still want to support Vicki. So I'm making this GoFundMe.

Our friend Vicki is getting slammed with medical bills and we’re not about it! Come raise money for the patron saint of the Chicago DIY music scene. If you follow local Chi bands you’ve already seen her work in your feed. She’s a brilliant photographer, but more than that a relentlessly kind and thoughtful friend to every band and musician she comes in contact with.

Vicki has stage 4 kidney disease. While we can’t be the cure for that (or the cure for this country’s malicious healthcare system), we can help raise a little dough for our friend.

So Sunday, January 26th starting at 6pm we have some stellar bands taking over The Hideout (who is donating the entire door to Vicki!). There will be rock’n’roll…there will be limited edition merch designed by Cassidy Early and made by screenprint hero Mike from Modest Merch …there will be a tithing basket (jk…. probably). All ticket profit goes to Vicki, as well as specialty merch sales!
