Hello, my name is Victor, and I am seeking assistance to cover truck repairs that are beyond my financial reach. It has been a challenging year since my mom's passing, experiencing homelessness, joblessness, and losing all my family belongings while being stranded in the PNW until I could return to the DFW area to start over. I made progress by substitute teaching and applying for jobs that either didn't work out or were put on hold. After securing a micro room to live in and going through the interview process, I received a job offer after 90 days and the new year, only to be laid off 4 days into the month due to tariffs and layoffs. Additionally, the office where I was training was full of sick people, and I returned with a flu and a cold. It took me 3 weeks to avoid getting any kids sick. I had my truck in the shop for a simple fix, but it turned into needing more repairs. I had no choice but to let them fix it with the understanding that I would pay what I could weekly from my meager earnings, just enough to get by until I found a secure job. With the holidays, substitutes do not get paid, resulting in a lost month from November to then accepting a fruitless job and spending 3 weeks sick before returning to subbing this week, which will not pay for 2 weeks.

I need help, please. Just because I cared for them does not mean I deserve an award or prize from anyone, but I ask here as a last resort before I go homeless and without transportation, which will render me useless and done.
