Support Vincent's Road to Recovery

Vincent Esterly, a beloved member of Hopatcong, recently suffered a devastating hemorrhagic stroke on May 13th. Now at St. Clare’s Hospital, he has limited verbal communication, sensory, cognition, and motor skills, and is paralyzed on the right side of his body. He is bravely fighting to regain his strength, making small but hopeful steps toward recovery each day. Vincent has always been the first to lend a hand, his unwavering dedication touching every corner of our community. Since 2009, Vincent has been deeply involved at St. Therese K-8 School as the Director of Technology, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting numerous grades with chrome books and the required technology to continue education in this digital world. In addition to this role, Vincent has taken on various full-time positions at corporate and local businesses to support the needs of his family and has even launched his own small businesses to pursue his personal endeavors. He is also an exceptional father, always putting his family first and dedicating time to his children and their activities. There was never a day where Vincent had not given back to his son and daughter Tyler and Sarah, his wife Leanne, or his community.

Vincent's passions are as vibrant as his dedication. He has an enduring love for the "Back to the Future" series and a refined appreciation for good whisky, often sharing these interests with friends and family.

This unexpected tragedy has left Vincent’s family with overwhelming medical bills and unforeseen expenses, on top of the everyday costs of running their household. As they focus on supporting Vincent’s recovery, they need our help more than ever.

Our goal is to raise funds to cover Vincent’s critical medical treatments and therapies, as well as to ease the burden of household expenses during this incredibly difficult time. Vincent has given so much to our community through countless acts of kindness, mentorship, and involvement; now it’s our turn to give back to him.
