Support Vinny's Healing and Hope

Hi, my name is Crystal. My brother Vincent was in a serious motorcycle accident on Thursday, 4/17/2025. He was taken by ambulance, where he was later transferred to the trauma center at Westchester Medical Center and had his first of many surgeries.

The details of the accident are still being investigated. He has suffered fractured discs in the thoracic spine. He also has broken both of his legs very severely. His left leg is going to require multiple surgeries due to his bones being shattered, as well as his ankle that dislocated and multiple compound fractures. Vinny's left knee has many tears, and the ligaments in his left leg are destroyed and hopefully will heal. Vinny also will need a skin graft and possibly other plastic surgeries on his left leg. The doctors are concerned with this leg getting proper blood flow back. Vinny has a long road to recovery ahead of him and lots of medical bills. He will be out of work unpaid, possibly close to a year. At this point, he will be in the hospital for at least 3 weeks and possibly rehab after, where he won't be able to start walking and doing therapy until at least June or July. Anyone who knows Vinny knows he is a big old bear and will help anyone at the drop of a hat. Even in all this pain, he is still trying to crack jokes.

All money will be put directly towards the care of Vinny and any bills that will arise during his treatment. While I set the goal high, truly anything is appreciated..
