Support Waid Jones' Medical Recovery

I am organizing this GoFundMe to help out a good friend of mine. Matter of fact he is a good friend to many, and he needs our help during this time. If you know Waid, then you know what kind of man he is. Always helping others and putting a smile on their face. But now he needs our help. His sister has updated me with some of what has been going on and why he desperately needs our help at this time. Please donate if you can. It will be greatly appreciated. Please see a little about his medical journey so far below. His sister Melanie was so kind to write this up.

On January 8, Waid Jones was admitted to the hospital. He'd had a heart attack, several strokes, a blood clot in his heart and pneumonia. He was in the hospital for a week. In addition, he has aphasia, which has affected his ability to communicate.

During this time, he has accrued significant

debt with the hospital, doctors and home health team. He has a cardiac heart cauterization scheduled for mid-March and will need to continue with all medical appointments.

Due to his health conditions, he is unable to have a job. He currently has no health insurance.

The funds raised will go toward helping pay for current and future medical debt, prescriptions, blood glucose strips, etc., until he is able to obtain health coverage.
