Support Walter Carmona's Family in Crisis

I'm Walter Carmona. I'm 71 and live with my wife and two sons. I am retired but work for Dick's Sporting Goods in Orlando, Florida. I recently lost income from a part-time job with DoorDash. We also have gone through two hurricanes, and I did volunteer work helping remove fallen trees and brush from homes that suffered damage. My own roof was also damaged. We put in an insurance claim but were denied. My house is in disrepair, and we are very backed up on bills. We all work but just don't have enough.

I'm also three months behind on car payments and in danger of repossession. If we could just catch up, we would be okay. I work as much as I can, even teaching tennis once a week on Sundays. I don't want to have to sell my house and move. We are both older now, and it's the first house we've ever had.

I am also a veteran and served in the Army. Please help us catch up. I've never had to ask for anything, but this time the going is tough.

The funds will be used for catching up on past due bills and repairs on the house. I also recently had $3,000 in car repairs that I had to use Snap loans and credit cards to pay for, and I owe that as well. We will also buy food, pay past due bills, and patch up the roof.
