Support Wanderer's Haul's Expansion Dream

Your favorite Local Game Store is looking to live up to our name and Wander over to a new location. We're hoping the community can help us raise some money to help towards a down payment on the Haul's permanent home.

Not to worry, we're staying in Fairfield. We're just looking to expand the shop and the services we offer.

What could we offer in our new location? Private play spaces, perfect for RPG sessions, a kitchen with food made by Kate and her many years of cooking experience, more play space giving the opportunity for larger tournaments, outdoor play space, a larger selection of goods sold, and more.

This shop has been a dream of ours for a long time and it has been incredible to see it grow. The community we have built up over our (nearly) 4 years in business is beautiful. We would love to see it grow and thrive even more. With your help we could make that happen.

Some fun facts about the Wanderer's Haul?

We provide a Wizard's Play Network store to Fairfield. This means we can run events sanctioned by Wizards of the Coast. We have a WPN store in the smallest town within 100 miles.

We are locally owned and run by a married couple who are very passionate about gaming and the people it brings together. The very definition of a "Mom and Pop" shop.

We started out during the thick of the pandemic. The shop was small and received with immeasurable love. We have grown with our community which has allowed us to provide a space catered well to their wants and needs.

We sell many locally made wares, and with more space we would love to introduce even more!

We have a Freequent Reader Program with the Fairfield Public Library. This program promotes reading through the earning of free comics at the shop when you purchase comics here or rent them from the FPL. The move and expansion would allow for a larger variety of comics.

Our events provide the community with an abundance of entertainment. We have free or paid events nearly every day we are open. We also have a large selection of demo games open to the community during our open hours. Our events even draw visitors from out of state!
