Support Water Tanks for Swannanoa Heroes

Hello, our names are Eric and Traci Collier. If you are seeing this, you’re a friend, family member, or friend of a friend. We live in Swannanoa, North Carolina, which was devastated by Hurricane Helene. Words can’t describe the destruction in our small town. Entire neighborhoods are gone.

There is tremendous recovery and rebuilding work that needs to be done, and that phase is starting. Our immediate desire is to put temporary water tanks in teachers' and first responders' homes that live or work in Swannanoa. This system will have a 275-gallon tank, a pump, and a small pressure tank that will feed the house plumbing system. We will provide a record of all the funds spent in a public Google doc.

100% of the funds will go towards installation and materials. Any proceeds beyond the scope of this project remaining at the end, as water returns in the next few months, we will donate them to either Equip International, which is helping rebuild homes here in Swannanoa, or Samaritan's Purse, which is helping recovery here.
