Support Weathervane Volunteers & Patrons After Flood Damage
Donation protected
Dear Community and Theater Patrons-
We are reaching out to you today with an urgent support request. Thursday night, during the performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Weathervane Playhouse, a sudden flood partially submerged the parking lot, causing significant damage to multiple vehicles belonging to volunteers and patrons. The area most affected was where our dedicated volunteers typically park.
Many of our volunteers and patrons have suffered substantial losses, with some vehicles being completely totaled. While insurance will cover a portion of the damages, there are significant out-of-pocket expenses that these individuals now face. As pillars of our community who selflessly give their time to support the arts, these volunteers and patrons need our help. We are asking you to consider donating to help cover the non-insurance costs incurred by these affected volunteers and patrons. Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in easing their financial burden during this challenging time.
Thank you for your consideration!
