Back in July of 2023, my significant other Webbert Dampeer and father of my 2 children was a victim of a violent crime leaving him paralyzed and needing extensive therapy, which was delayed and prolonged by Gardena Memorial. He fought a long 10 months to regain his strength while facing difficult illnesses due to delay of care and ended up passing away unexpectedly during his hospital stay.

We, the family, are left with the expenses for his burial due to this unfortunate act. Although we are coming together as a family, all extras are needed and appreciated, even if it’s just a prayer to get us through this tragedy that we are all suffering from. Money won’t replace time, memories or physical touch, but will help us out tremendously to put the father of my children away properly, peacefully and respectfully.
