Support Western NC Recovery from Hurricane Impact
Donation protected
As many of you know, our fellow members in Western North Carolina have been severely impacted by the recent hurricane. Homes and businesses have been devastated, leaving many without power, water, and basic supplies. The situation is dire, with reports of looting and supply trucks being taken by force.
In light of this, we are organizing a relief effort to provide much-needed assistance to those affected. We invite you to join us to help purchase or transport supplies as a group or drop off supplies for delivery.
Items needed (in order of importance):
Fuel
Fuel cans for transport
Water
Batteries
Flashlights
Diapers and wipes
Baby food
Tarps
Cleaning supplies
Blankets, pillows, towels
Non-perishable food (that does not require cooking or boiling water)
Toiletries
Kids and adult clothing
If you wish to donate to PHCC of NC to help purchase these items, please do so here or see our newsletter for other organizations in the area working to help these communities.
For those who want to drop off supplies at Costco or join the caravan to Western NC, please contact Stephanie Blazek at PHCC of NC
Additionally, if you are a member of PHCC of NC (or an employee of a member business) and need assistance, do not hesitate to contact Stephanie Blazek with PHCC of NC
Your support means the world to our community during this challenging time. Together, we can make a difference.
