Support Whitney's Battle Against Heart Failure

Donation protected
On February 10, 2023, Whitney was diagnosed with advanced heart failure with an injection fraction (pumping function) of 30% and a left bundle branch block. Whitney has been dealing with Myasthenia Gravis, a rare autoimmune disease that causes weakness and fatigue throughout the muscles in her body since the age of 3. In February of 2023, she was admitted to the hospital for seven days with double pneumonia and a human metapneumovirus with a blood pressure of 198/107 which sent her into heart failure. Heart failure is not curable but can be treated with medication, a pacemaker, and eventually a heart transplant.

The six main medications she will be on for the rest of her life are extremely expensive. With nine hospitalizations and multiple ambulance transports this year, her medical bills and cost of medications are well over $50,000... and ongoing.

As a 38 year old mom of two, she never thought she would hear the words, "heart failure." The side effects of heart failure are chest pain, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, exhaustion, and more. These side effects have been such a hard adjustment for Whitney not being able to be the active mom she is used to being.

Please consider donating to help cover these costly medical expenses so Whitney can get the care she needs. Any little bit helps!
