Support Woodside Arts Collective!

We're asking for your help to bring more family-friendly arts programming to our neighborhood open spaces.

Our next event, Holiday Stories and Songs, is on December 11, 2021 in partnership with Moore Jackson Community Garden.  It will include traditional holiday stories and music from different cultural celebrations that happen in December, sung choral pieces, carols, and a reading of Clement Clarke Moore's "Twas the Night Before Christmas." A Holiday Bazaar will be open featuring local artists and makers with gift items for sale. Hot beverages and treats will be provided. This event will be free and open to the public, but we'd appreciate your help paying our professional artists and performers who help bring this event to life. 

 

We are also planning more amazing events this year including:

 

1) Meet the Instruments of community partner Subtle Cheetah Brass Quintet and hear music from underrepresented composers (and maybe even try your hand at writing your own)

2) Flower Arranging with community partner Fleetwood Floral at Moore Jackson Community Garden

3) Let's Make a Scene! Playwriting workshop with local mom and friend of Woodside Arts Collective, Kit Goldstein Grant

 

Any amount you contribute can help make these events a reality and help us pay our artists.
