Support Xavier's Fight for Recovery

We are family of Jason & Kacey Prichard. Their son, Xavier Kondrat, was in a terrible accident. On Thursday, June 6, 2024 their family woke up like every other day. Xavier was running late for work, Jason (Dad) was at coffee with his “coffee crew”, and Kacey (Mom) messaged her boss about working from home (something told her to stay home). Hayden (brother) was coming off working night shift and Maddie (sister) was working breakfast shift. Just like normal, Jason came home; the work day had begun. Then, their phones went off. They got a Life360 alert… and their lives changed. Xavier, their 23 year old son, was in a horrible motorcycle accident. He was transported to the hospital and life flight continued him on to U of M. He has many broken bones and major brain injury/truama. (It’s probably easier to say what isn’t broken). He is on a ventilator and unconscious. Each hour he is with us is a gift.

We have no idea what their new future holds. The doctors and nurses have been amazing. The social workers have been amazing. They are truly in a the best place for their situation. Luckily, he was wearing his helmet and the proper clothes.

All they can do now is sit and watch their precious son’s body lay in a hospital bed with machines and wires and tubes and beg him to come back. God is amazing and has a plan. We don’t know what or why but HE does. We would like to ask that everyone please say a prayer (or 5,000 prayers) that Xavier’s story doesn’t end here. That he can go on to do bigger and better and maybe educate others on what can happen in the blink of an eye.

We have had a lot of people reach out already and we truly appreciate it. We are asking for PRAYERS!! We thank you in advance for your prayers and support.

As their family, we know that they have hearts of gold and have always helped everyone with anything they can. Now, we are asking for help for ALL of them through this process. There are TONS of things that are unknown that will be popping up, including but not limited to medical & day-to-day bills. We are asking for any amount of donations to help this family walk through this journey into the unknown.
