Support Xyler's Mom in Her Legal Battle and Bills

Single mom in need of financial help asap for court fees, gal, which comes to over $2000, my rent is 1500 a month amongst other bills every month. I'm fighting to keep full costudy of my son that was diagnosed at 4 w/ level 3 autism. His " dad" has never helped him. He's only drug me through court to get his child support dropped & try to get costudy. For years he'd not pay a dime in support, nor pick him up for his visitations & when he did bring him back he has bruises, and so many signs of neglet. I chose to take him to court after this last time because his lawyer is dirty & wrote up this agreement I DID NOT AGREE too and I've been set up to keep getting contemps if I don't follow these ridiculous rules I never agreed to, his dad constantly harasses & threatens me that he'll keep getting me for contempts so I'll lose costudy just for not being able to communicate with him civily about my son's dr appts ect. My last lawyer Delaplane, didnt help me at all shed come to court hung over and so many other redic thingw i dealt with her, so all that $ i paid her was a waste! My ex is always combative. The police nor magistrate (he's conveniently related to) help! The police want to but it's considered "a civil matter" cs dont help " because hes not showing enough abusive signs" like wth!? Xyler, my son gets so scared at times when he has to go with his dad, crying and I can't protect him and not make him go or I'll be in another contempt. It hurts so bad i cant protect him

My oldest son has fortunately grown into a very awesome kid & helps watch xyler so I can work. Unfortunately my hours took a plunge and I'm struggling to get gal paid, to hopefully get this magistrate or judge to fix the order so I'm not being set up to go to jail and lose costudy of my son. His dad has never wanted to help join any appts for him or help him advance or learn about Xylers needs. His only goal is to fight with me! It's disgusting. I just need a miracle to help keep our home and to pay off court/lawyer/other regular bills & not fall behind. I even totalled my car on the way to court and only had liability Unfortunately. I keep getting hit hard with challenges to try to take me down. I keep pushing because I love my boys so much and just want them to not have to see me struggling. It's so overwhelming especially having not much for a support system. I'm always the one there for everyone else/expected to ALWAYS be strong and just this 1 time asking for help ( I've also been sick for months from this stress, so I'm sorry if there's typos I'm exhausted & this is only a small part of the struggles I'm dealing with ON MY OWN.)
